Group Business Travel
This policy is designed to provide cover for companies with employees who travel overseas on the business of the employer. Cover is arranged on an "any employee" basis, therefore it is not necessary to name the personnel requiring cover. The typical benefits include:
- Medical Expenses Up to £5,000,000
- Cancellation and Curtailment Up to £3,000
- Employee Replacement Expenses Up to £3,000
- Hospital Benefit Up to £1,000
- Travel Delay Reasonable Expenses
- Personal Liability Up to £1,000,000
- Personal Accident Up to £50,000
- Luggage, Clothing and Personal Effects Up to £1,500
- Business Samples Up to £300
- Delayed Luggage Up to £250
- Personal Money Up to £500
- Legal Expenses Up to £15,000
- Hijack, Kidnap and Detention Up to £30 Per Day (Maximum 30 days)

The employee can also extend cover to personal holidays, which can also include the employee's family. For further details please contact us.
Individual Business Travel (Single Trip)
- Cover automatically applies not only in respect of holidays but also Business Trips which involve managerial, clerical and other non-manual work only.
- Cover can be extended to include Business Trips that involve manual duties, additional terms will apply dependent on the type of work effected.
- Cover can be extended to include special features if required, including visits to hazardous areas (e.g. Iraq, Afghanistan etc) and also to include hazardous activities (e.g, bungee jumping, whitewater rafting etc., etc.) plus cover for many other things to cater for your clients full underwriting requirements, terms available upon application.
- Cover will be immediately issued upon receipt of proposal form or written instructions and can be posted or emailed to you.
Individual Business Travel (Annual Cover)
An annual multi-trip travel insurance facility, which automatically includes business travel for those in managerial, clerical and other non-manual work.
- Cover can be extended for those persons who are involved in more active occupations such as semi-manual/manual/hazardous work, for an additional premium.
- Cover is provided for up to 60 consecutive days any one trip.
- In the majority of cases, where the policy is effected in the Company name, IPT applies at a rate of 5%
- Winter Sports trips included automatically for up to 17 days in any one year
- Cover can also be extended to include the insured's spouse/partner or family.
